WakeMed MyChart Sign Up

If you would like to sign up for WakeMed MyChart, you can sign up online or follow this step-by-step guide. You can also ask to sign up for WakeMed MyChart online account the next time you see your WakeMed provider.

Don’t have a WakeMed MyChart account? Select the red “Sign up now” button (under New User?) available via the WakeMed MyChart login portal.

To sign up, you will need a one-time activation code. If you don’t have one, you can continue to register online by selecting the red “Sign up online” button (under “No Activation Code?”) on the far right on the MyChart access page.

Need to login to access your health information? Look no further than your WakeMed MyChart. From your WakeMed MyChart, you may see and print your health information from February 1, 2015 to the present — anytime, day or night, 365 days a year!

You may also share your records, including many of your imaging studies with anyone you choose. Below is the step by step process to log in to the WakeMed MyChart patient portal.

  • Enter your MyChart username and password in the spaces provided and
  • Click Sign In to access your account.

Did You Forget Username/Password?

You can retrieve it through your saved passwords on your computer browser OR click on forgot username or forgot password just below the login information. The system will help you retrieve or update this information.

It will require that you enter your full name and date of birth for username retrieval and your username, date of birth, and zip code for password retrieval.

WakeMed Bill Payment

WakeMed understands that when you or a loved one needs medical care, worrying about how you’ll pay for it can add to an already stressful time.

There are a variety of resources, both guest payment, online and by phone with members of our team, to help you understand and prepare for the cost of care, so you can focus on your or your loved one’s health.

WakeMed Bill Payments

Payment is due 15 days after you receive a bill. You can pay your bill in one of three ways: 

  • Online with a credit card in your secure WakeMed account
  • By mail with a check (use mailing instructions on your statement)
  • Loved ones and caregivers can pay bills on behalf of a patient — and you don’t need a WakeMed MyChart account.
