WakeMed Bill Login

WakeMed understands that when you or a loved one needs medical care, worrying about how you’ll pay for it can add to an already stressful time.

There are a variety of resources, both online and by phone with members of our team, to help you understand and prepare for the cost of care, so you can focus on your — or your loved one’s — health.

Payment is due 15 days after you receive a bill. You can pay your bill in one of three ways:

  • Online with a credit card in your secure WakeMed account
  • By mail with a check (use mailing instructions on your statement)
  • Loved ones and caregivers can pay bills on behalf of a patient — and you don’t need a WakeMed MyChart account.
