Whether you have a personal story to share, want to recognize an outstanding WakeMed team member or have identified an opportunity where we can improve, we want to hear from you!
There are many ways to share your feedback:
1: Complete a Survey. You may be contacted by email or phone to complete a survey about your experience at WakeMed. We hope you will take a few minutes to participate.
2: Share Your Story. If you have a positive personal experience you’d like to share regarding your visit to WakeMed, please share it with us. Everyone has a story and no contribution is too big or too small.
3: Review Us. If you have had a positive experience at WakeMed, we encourage you to review us online. Sharing feedback about your experience just takes a couple of minutes. Many members of our community consult Google reviews to decide where to receive medical care. You can help spread the word about our outstanding caregivers and staff.
Recognize a Team Member. Our employees are our greatest asset. If a member of our team made a positive impression on you or your family, please consider nominating them for one of these awards so that we can thank them for going above and beyond:
- DAISY Award: Nursing Staff: This award recognizes the super-human work that nurses do every day and is given monthly to an outstanding nurse at WakeMed.
- PETALS Award: All Other Roles: The PETALS award is given monthly to colleagues in departments such as Environmental Services, Rehabilitation, Case Management, Food & Nutrition and Transport, as well as secretaries, nurse aides, physicians and other employees throughout the health system.

WakeMed MyChart Login
No more waiting for a phone call or letter – view your results and your doctor’s comments within days. You may not permit any other person to access your WakeMed MyChart account using your username and password and the use of your account is your responsibility.
For First-time users: Click the “Sign Up” button above the User Login form. A signup screen will display. You can either register using the email address that you provided to the office or you can register by creating a username and entering a security code provided to you from the office.
- Go to the WakeMed MyChart login page.
- Enter your MyChart username and password in the spaces provided and
- Click Access MyChart.
How To Download the WakeMed MyChart App
The WakeMed MyChart app makes it easy to stay engaged with your care and offers access to health information for you and your family whenever you want it. Along with quick access to WakeMed MyChart.
The MyChart app for both Android and iOS allows patients to access their WakeMed MyChart account from a phone or tablet.
