WakeMed MyChart offers you a new front page in the patient portal and has much more functionality than MyChart alone. The WakeMed MyChart secure website and mobile app make it easy to schedule appointments, participate in video visits, pay your bills, and initiate an E-visit when you have non-urgent medical needs.
WakeMed Patients can use MyChart to:
Access Personal Health Information
Since the WakeMed MyChart patient portal is a secure online website that allows patients to access their personal health information from any location with an Internet connection and receive immediate access to that information, patients can log in to access their health information using a unique username and password.
Don’t have a WakeMed MyChart account? Select the red “Sign up now” button (under New User?), which is available via the WakeMed MyChart login portal.
How do I reset my password? To reset your password, go to the WakeMed MyChart Patient Portal logon page, and click Forgot password. On the Forgot password page, type your verified account email address in Email or Username, and click Submit. You will receive an email with a link to reset the password.
How do I recover my username? To recover your username, go to the WakeMed MyChart login page and click Forgot username? On Forgot username, type your verified account email address, and click Submit. You will receive an email with your username information.
