Step 1: Visit the WakeMed MyChart Login Page: Open your web browser and go to the WakeMed MyChart login page. (https://mychart.wakemed.org/MyChart-PRD/Authentication/Login).

Step 2: Find the “Forgot Username” Link: On the login page, look for the link that says “Forgot Username?” and click on it. You can however copy this link into your browser (https://mychart.wakemed.org/MyChart-PRD/recoverlogin.asp)

However, if you do not remember your password, you may need to use the “Forgot password?” link first.

Step 3: Enter Required Information: You will be prompted to enter some personal information to verify your identity. Typically, this includes:

  • First and Last Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Zip Code
  • Email Address or Phone Number

Step 4: Submit the Request: After entering the required information, click on the “Submit” button.

Step 5: Check Your Email: If the information you provided matches the information on file, you will receive an email containing your username. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder if necessary) for an email from WakeMed MyChart.

If you have an e-mail address on file then your WakeMed MyChart Username will be sent to your e-mail account.

If you do not remember any of this information, or you do not have a valid e-mail address on file, you will have to contact your MyChart help desk at (919)350-2288 to help you regain access to your MyChart account.
